WINE 101 Anyone interested in learning about wine can attend this class. If you know about wine already, maybe learn something new. Or if you are new to wine tasting get the basics. Our Sommelier Bryant Phillips will walk you through the basic steps in determining colors, flavors, varietals, regions, and many other qualities of wine. Selections will be made from our top of the line wine collection. Best of all there is no test! You will receive a complimentary wine journal for note taking. Walk away with knowledge that will impress your friends at your next social gathering. This is a great deal to get to taste many different kinds of high end wines and our Chef will prepare some delicious food.
