For our inaugural EQ cheese tasting, we go to France, the mother lode of great cheese. French General de Gaulle said, “No one can rule a nation with 500 kinds of cheese.” Today we’ll try six out of the 500, paired up with several French white and red wines. You’ll learn the basics of French fromage, how to cut and serve it, and how to craft a cheese menu. (And the wines are great too!)
