Seny Tapas~Bar, Cincinnati's only Spanish restaurant, invites you to experience the relaxed spirit & cutting-edge cuisine of Spain.
In Catalan, Seny means "common sense" and is said to be the basis for their culture. In the food, service & atmosphere, you'll see a lot of Seny being applied.
Spanish cuisine is all about the fresh ingredients with preparations resembling the French style, but much healthier because butter & cream are not heavily used.
The cuisine is light & playful, with fresh seafood & seasonal vegetables playing key roles in the diverse small-plates menu. The kitchen is under the direction of 23 year-old chef Travis D. Maier, former apprentice at the Michelin Three-Star 'Restaurant Martin Beresategui,' in Lasarte, Spain.
