AOI Japanese Cuisine offers Levee guests a Japanese dining experience designed to create an ambiance of pure traditional Japanese elegance and the finest authentic cuisine. The menu selection includes nationally-acclaimed sushi and mouth-watering individually-prepared chef-created desserts. The high-end restaurant’s name, AOI, reflects the word ‘hollyhock’ in the Japanese language.

The restaurant is owned and operated by local property owner, President Shigeyoshi Midorikawa ("Midori) in partnership withe Karl-Heinz Braese and his wife, Grace.

The restaurant is located on the Valet Circle outside on the Plaza Level.
