The bar has a fun atmostphere. The inside is huge, so there's tons of room for a big crowd. The walls open to a very large patio that is great on a summer night. Overall, a fun time. If you don't like the idea of partying in a barn, it might not be for you. - Wendy on 08/27/07 | Report Abuse |

Cadillac Ranch is a fun bar and a nice addition to downtown. The bar could use a little work- few interesting beers on tap and very limited wine selection (last I went, there was one red wine and the bartenders weren't sure what kind of red it was). The food is good- nothing too imaginative, but good for a place that's more of a bar than a restaurant. The bull is really fun to ride and even more fun to watch other people ride it.
