Located just off of Hyde Park Square, Beluga restaurant has been serving award winning cuisine since the year 2000. The original standard for lifestyle-influenced restaurants, the Beluga dining experience is one that encompasses eclectic cuisine, modern design, cultural travel and sophisticated music. As a result of celebrating eight years of business this summer, a new menu will be introduced this fall by Chef Paendin. Expect New Asian Cuisine inspired dishes from Japan, Thailand and other parts of South-East Asia. The sushi selection will introduce originally created rolls with global influences. Beluga is also available for private parties, large gatherings or intimate affairs.
