Chef Leighton Zimmey offers rotating specials from an American menu with Irish pub fare specialties. On the American side, try his Seafood Cigars - seafood sausage crisped into wonton wrappers dressed with sweet aoli chili and 'a tartar sauce that's better than you-know-who's.' For an Irish meal, get the ale-battered fish and chips.
