Bearcat Live

Bearcat Live! was created by student leaders in 2002 on the campus of the University of Cincinnati. The concert's first year attracted nearly 1,800 students with regional acts Red Wanting Blue and Oval Opus. In 2003, Bearcat Live! showed promise when it attracted 3,200 students with headliner The Pat McGee Band accompanied by three regional openers. The following year national acts Shinedown and Crossfade took the stage in front of a crowd of 4,500. Last year, Bearcat Live! brought chart-topping headliner Lifehouse, which attracted the attendance 6,500 enthusiastic students. Following the trend of growing attendance, Bearcat Live! 2006 will attract over 10,000 students.
