Fountain Square is the heart of Cincinnati, Ohio. Located at the corner of Fifth and Vine Streets in the middle of downtown, Fountain Square is a public space where Cincinnatians gather, celebrate and connect as a city. Presiding over the Square is the historic Tyler Davidson Fountain, dedicated in 1871 to the people of Cincinnati.
The redesigned Fountain Square is open and inviting, with garden-like landscaping, new lighting, and easy access from surrounding sidewalks. Lively programming enhanced by state-of-the-art technology will give visitors many reasons to return.

It's beautiful, with the flowers and the Jumbo tron (it's a little small)lots of places to sit with friends or to meet new ones, great for lunch and just to sit and people watch.

I love the new fountain square.. I hope it give a strong boost to the life in downtown. I was there for the opening ceremony and few times afterwards. I can't wait till weather warms up when they start hosting activities such as concerts...
