R.P McMurphy's is the hot spot in the Oakley/Hyde Park area. You'll find a friendly, fun Irish bar atmosphere with a great staff. Featuring live music Thursday thru Saturday (no cover on Thurs.). Large outside patio,upstairs space for private parties,twelve beers on tap with a variety of happy hour specials until 9PM. Seven TV's to watch your favorite sporting events.

If you want to just grab a drink and hang out with friends, this is the place to go. Very laid back but always busy.

This is THE bar/pub to go to in the city! There is free parking on the side streets, it has live music, there are TONS of 20-30 somethings who live around there and the staff is not only consistent (no turnover), but the friendliest in the city!

Great Irish pub. Come as you are and be yourself. Not snobby or pretentious. Try the car bomb - my favorite drink there.
